đ±What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
I would tell my younger self - do not stay in any situation a second longer than you need to be if youâre not feeling your value is being met. That means working at a job longer than you should just because you feel like you need to put in that time or that you owe someone there something. Or if youâre in a relationship and youâre not feeling worthy or youâre living in a city where you donât love it or if you have friends that donât make you feel valued just leave. Often times I think that we trust when something is off- say its with your body, your arm hurts, you honor that pain and you adjust to it⊠but when it is an intuition feeling, we often donât give it the same respect and notice. We let it just eat away at us until we canât take it any longer and then we leave. No, when we first get that feeling that something is off we need to look inside and figure out why that is. Iâm not saying that you shouldnât work through hard things but Iâm saying you should honor your intuition and your gut and honor your worth and your time.
đIf you could connect with one woman, who would that be?
If I could meet any woman it would be Clarissa Ward because she covers women struggles, human struggles across the world and war-torn countries and she really knows what thatâs about. There are parts of the world where people are really really suffering as women- those are the stories I want to talk about. Those are the stories I want to elevate.
