🔨What project are you working on that you are most excited about?
I am working on a new launch for Wander Beauty that's coming out soon. It’s near and dear to my heart. It's been years in development and I'm super excited about it. At Wander Beauty we create clean effortless beauty essentials - things you reach for everyday wherever you Wander.
🌱 What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
I wish I could tell my younger self to be authentically me. For so much of my career I feel like maybe I didn't fit in because I didn't look like everyone else or have the same name as everyone else. I had a difficult to pronounce name and looked a little different - as I've grown up in my career I've become very confident in the skin I'm in and I wish that I was like that when I was younger. It’s really important to be your authentic self. Growing up Indian American in America I didn't always feel like I fit in, especially in the finance world which is dominated by people who didn't look like me. Eventually I really got comfortable and confident in my decision making, who I was, my presentation style and I authentically came into myself.
