đ¨What project are you working on that youâre most excited about?
By day, I lead sales for a technology company thatâs helping leading private market investors / vcâs discover epic consumer brand investment opportunities they would otherwise miss â weâre using technology to make the venture capital space more equitable by helping investors see leading brands regardless of gender or geolocation of the founding teams, resulting in more funding flowing to women, non-binary and minority founders. By night, I have a podcast that elevates the voices and stories of the epic women founders behind leading consumer brands, scaling access to mentorship to women from some of the worlds best. Itâs very exciting to be helping women founders in these ways and more!
đWhat makes you feel visible?
I started a company and published a personal development book ambitious women (ManifestHer) to support women in getting out of their own way and into action around their biggest dreams, it created massive value for women â we graduated women from our programs who went on to build companies, raise capital, write books, make films and so much more. That made me feel visible â as a leader who could inspire and motivate women to step into their biggest lives with a community of like-minded women behind them cheering them on and acting as a sounding board when needed.

đąWhat piece of advice would you give your younger self?
- you have the right to ASK QUESTIONS
- you have the right to BE WRONG
- you have the right to LEARN BY FAILING
- you have the right to BRAG
- you have the right to BE CONFIDENT AND LOVE YOURSELF IN SPITE OF ALL OF THESE THINGS
And other people do too. Be patient, kind, understanding, open-minded. Understand the WHAT and be surprised by the HOW.
